Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 tsp Hyve Limited Reserve Greek Thyme Honey
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel (for garnish)
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
- Prepare the Glass: Place a large ice cube or several smaller ones in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add Ingredients: Pour the whiskey into the glass.
- Sweeten: Add the honey directly into the glass. Stir until the honey is dissolved. If the honey is too thick, you can warm it slightly to make it easier to mix.
- Bitters: Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Garnish: Twist an orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then drop it into the drink.
Serve: Stir gently and enjoy.
