Honey Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of Vanilla or Chocolate honey and hot water, mixed until dissolved)
  • Ice cubes
  • Coffee beans (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Make Honey Syrup: In a small bowl or jar, mix equal parts honey and hot water until the honey is completely dissolved. Let it cool.
  • Prepare the Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add Ingredients: Pour the vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and honey syrup into the shaker.
  • Shake: Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish: Float a few coffee beans on top for garnish.
